We provide tailored drafting assistance for essential court documents related to family law, including family law civil bills, affidavits, and child custody agreements. Our service ensures your paperwork is accurate, professional, and meets court requirements, giving you confidence in presenting your case.

Document Review

Already have your own claim/response drafted? Our document review service ensures your submissions are accurate, compelling, well-formatted, and comply with court standards. We’ll refine your documents, correct errors, and enhance clarity, giving you confidence that your case is presented professionally and effectively.

Core Booklet Preparation

Organising all of your evidence and correspondence for court, in triplicate, can be overwhelming. Our court booklet preparation service compiles your documents into professionally tabbed and formatted digital booklets, ensuring they are clear, logical, organised, and court-ready. Let us handle the admin so you can focus on presenting your case with confidence.

Mediation & Dispute Resolution

At Court Assist, we are proud to offer professional mediation services to help individuals and organisations resolve disputes in a constructive, confidential and cost-effective manner. Mediation provides an independent, trustworthy and neutral environment where parties can work towards mutually beneficial agreements without the need for lengthy and costly legal proceedings. We are qualified and experienced mediators, facilitating open dialogue and guiding parties toward practical solutions, whether the dispute involves family matters, workplace issues, or civil conflicts. Who We Are

Welcome to Court Assist, where we firmly believe that true justice stems from equality of opportunity, not merely the strength of your legal expertise. Unfortunately, the legal system often disadvantages individuals who, for various reasons, lack legal representation in court. The right to self-represent in court is a fundamental right enshrined in the Constitution of Ireland, whereas having legal representation in civil cases is not. So, if you are representing yourself, for whatever reason, good on you. We've got your back all the way!

At Court Assist, we specialise in providing affordable yet high-quality legal administrative and drafting assistance* services to those who choose to self-represent in court in Ireland. Think of us as your personal, legally-educated assistants. You tell us what you want to say, and we’ll help you express it using language familiar to the court. We can also assist you with organising your evidence and correspondence into clear, logical and court-friendly files. If you'd rather settle a dispute without going to court, we provide mediation services too.

In addition to the above, we also offer WRC representation. You can read more on this by clicking here

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to make the daunting process of drafting and compiling court documents a little less scary and a lot more accessible, all the while helping the courts to progress cases quickly and more efficiently. From claims for damages or injunctions to counterclaims, small claims court applications, and even WRC complaints, we aim to provide quality and affordable drafting assistance services that won’t break the bank. We’re here to ensure that you can focus on the bigger picture of telling your story or defending your position before the court.

At Court Assist, we pride ourselves on our warm, professional, non-judgmental and friendly approach. We’re not just about getting the job done; we’re about making you feel confident and supported every step of the way regardless of the subject-matter.
